FCC and AST SpaceMobile

The FCC has jurisdiction in the US, so WTF are they using IARU article 4.4 to allow AST SpaceMobile to deliberately interfere with Amateur Radio operations WORLD WIDE in the 430-440 MHz band?

So a large percentage of US 70cm Ham usage is in 440-450 MHz, where as the rest of the world primarily use 430-440 MHz for Ham Radio. Putting it politely, it is a MONGREL ACT by the FCC to deliberately allow AST SpaceMobile to operate on the 430-440 MHz band world wide, they are basically saying STUFF EVERYONE ELSE outside the US.

What are the WIA and ACMA doing about this in Australia? What are other Amateur organisations and Government bodies around the world doing about this? What is the IARU doing about this? Are all these bodies just bending over and taking it from the FCC that have NO WORLD WIDE AUTHORITY?

I have emailed the WIA and ACMA here in Australia asking for the position on the matter. I have also sent an official complaint to the FCC in the US.

I call upon other's in Australia to do the same and if you are an other country contact your peak Amateur Radio body and Government body asking the same questions. Don't just sit back and accept this disgusting behavior by the FCC.
