simbase IoT SIM card

With the influx of PoC radios of late many operators are looking for good value data SIMs that don't use much data. The best value SIM I have personally come across is simbase, 2 cents a day and 2 cents a MB in Australia, best of all is you can pause the SIM at any time with no cost. It is a pre-paid service that you can top up credit at any time.

One of the interesting aspects of an IoT SIM card like simbase is that it connects to more than one network. Simbase actually can roam between Telstra and Optus depending on coverage.

It is important to note you may well need to configure an APN for your device to work, but there are instructions on the simbase website to set this up. You can also purchase multiple SIM cards and control them from the simbase dashboard, including labeling each one.
